REMEMBER SAMSUNG has the rights to continue making Alpha processors in perpetuity, irrespective of whether Intel's got it or not.
Right. Well sources tell us that in late September we'll see Alpha EV69 processors arriving with 1.75MB of level two cache on the die. Right up until now, the level two cache for the 21264 was on a daughtercard.
