ShannonKnowsHPC: With HP's new Reliable Transaction Router for Linux Frontend software, "mission critical" and "Linux" no longer are mutually exclusive.
If your mission-critical business application must be continuously available in spite of network failures or complete site outages, then you may well need HP’s Reliable Transaction Router (RTR) product. Although not a product known by all and sundry in the HP community, RTR is software fault tolerant transactional messaging middleware used to implement large, distributed applications. It uses a unique three-tier architecture, and is designed as a highly interoperable product for business critical environments.
