WHAT: The 8th LCI International Conference on High-Performance Clustered Computing will be held from May 14-17, 2007. A full day of tutorials will be offered as part of the overall program, offering researchers and industry leaders the opportunity to present their experiences with applications, tools, user environments, and the administration of large-scale clusters.
WHO: Chris Gottbrath, product manager at TotalView Technologies. Chris oversees the TotalView and MemoryScape product lines at TotalView Technologies, and over the last six years, his work at has been focused on making it easier for programmers, scientists and engineers to identify and solve even the most complex bugs and get "back to work."
SESSION: Tutorial II: Parallel and MPI Debugging and Memory Debugging in Clusters
Gottbrath will present strategies on how to easily identify, analyze and solve problems while developing applications in clustered computing environments. The event includes a conference and tutorials featuring a broad range of presentations and papers from HPC and large-scale cluster computing professionals in industry, academia, and government. Speakers will address efforts to integrate and develop science and engineering applications for large-scale clusters, to achieve maximum performance and scalability.
